  • Playback Incompatibility: Modern audio performance depends heavily on the condition and calibration of the listener's equipment. OBI Oh My! is not responsible for tracking errors, skips, or distorted playback resulting from worn styli, unweighted tone arms, improperly set tracking force, or uncalibrated consumer turntables.

  • Grade Consistency: A record that plays clean on calibrated audiophile gear is deemed structurally sound and true to its assigned grade. If you experience tracking issues, please contact us for troubleshooting guidance before requesting a return.

2. Intellectual Property & Original Content

All proprietary content published on obiohmy.com is the exclusive intellectual property of OBI Oh My! and protected by copyright and trade dress laws.

  • Price & Availability: Prices, shipping fees, and live inventory listings are subject to change without notice. In the rare event of a system error or inventory discrepancy, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order prior to fulfillment.

4. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Returns

Purchases made through OBI Oh My! are subject to our published store policies:

  • Shipping & Delivery: All domestic shipments are processed via USPS Media Mail within two business days. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except for orders totaling $150 or more, which include complementary carrier insurance provided by OBI Oh My!

  • Return Policy: All returns, exchanges, or play-grade guarantees are strictly governed by our 14-Day Play-Grade Guarantee & Return Policy. Buyer’s remorse and explicitly disclosed grading characteristics are non-refundable.
